About
An interactive sing-a-long concert featuring original songs inspired by true stories of great journeys in American history. Explorer Henry Hudson, Astronaut Mae Jemison, globetrotting journalist Nellie Bly, Underground Railroad conductor Harriet Tubman, and naturalist John Muir are just a few of the fascinating real people who come to life in Lloyd’s songs. Come prepared to sing, dance, find out some amazing things you didn’t know… and go home with a book so you can learn more! Geared especially for grades 2nd – 6th, but appropriate for all ages — even the youngest kids will enjoy this due to how physical interactive Lloyd’s shows are. Wear comfortable clothes! Even adults are expected to dance. Summer reading kick-off!
