Since forming in 2009, the Greenville South Carolina based 4 piece rock band Kelen Heller has concentrated on bringing their brand of rock to the masses. After releasing their first EP with the radio hit "Redefine", and a horror inspired video to follow that was featured in Guitarworld, they began building their fan base and creating a buzz throughout the Southeastern territory which ultimately landed them a string of sold-out arena shows with Guns n' Roses and Buckcherry.
2012 saw the band winning the Rockstar Uproar festival opening slot, beating out 100's of other southeast regional acts for the chance to play with bands like Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, In This Moment and POD.
Kelen Heller entered 2013 with the release of their highly anticipated EP with Shinedown/Crossfade platinum selling producer Rick Beato. The single "Never Lived" and accompanying live video filmed at a sold out venue in their hometown have took the band to a mainstream level. The band also logged in their first national tour across the US in 2013, as well as scoring select direct supporting slots for Sevendust and Halestorm.
2014 took Kelen Heller on the road nationally for most of the year supporting the success of "Never Lived", and their current EP. KH also went into the studio with famed producer Brett Hestla (Creed, Dark New Day, Framing Hanley) to produce a new song during down time from touring and get a head start on writing new material.
In 2015/2016 KH went back to working again with famed producer and friend Rick Beato to finish what became the new S/T album released on March 24th 2017. In between recording, they continued to pound the road touring and building a solid national fanbase while taking very little time off. KH also scored a national tour with mainstream rock act Saliva, which took them on the road from mid 2015 and into early 2016. They then finished out the year strong headlining their own tours.
2017 is already off to a hot start for the guys, and is sure to be a big year supporting their first full length album. Selling large numbers since its release on March 24th, it has gained national attention quickly. Being labeled as an album "full of singles", each song is filled with mainstream hooks, melodies, and huge choruses. The first single "Cut Me" is already becoming a fan favorite, and the accompanying music video is averaging well over 1,000 views per day since its Youtube debut. The group plans to tour non-stop playing all over the country this year. Please keep current with all things Kelen Heller related on their social media accounts that are updated daily.
