Scrum is popular set of foundational principles and values for managing and organization a complex work environment. Scrum originally was brought forth in 1986 through a Harvard Business Review article in which the authors made an analogy comparing high-performing, cross-fictional teams to the scrum formation used by rugby athletes. Scrum then expanded and started roots in software development. Today, Scrum has been focused down to a lightweight framework that used to deliver complex innovation for customer benefit. Scrum can be different to understand at first, but can be hugely beneficial to master.
