This Course is the ORIGINAL CrossFit Specialty Course and is still the most popular because of its effective concepts and curriculum.
Your own lifting ability, as well as your ability to teach others, improves as you learn to see and correct movement patterns. Be ready to lift heavy, to participate in coaching other participants, and to have fun!
You do NOT need your CrossFit Level 1 to attend.
