How the public perceives the veterinary profession’s ability to look after their beloved pets emotional well-being is a crucial factor to the success of a professional and a practice. Fact is that your customers think of pets as family, are concerned for their emotional wellbeing, and will increasingly seek out pet service providers that leave pets feeling more calm and relaxed. While pet owners cannot always judge the quality of medicine between practices, it’s very easy to compare the emotional wellbeing of the pet. In this lecture, Steve will share invaluable tips on how to best communicate Fear Free and the importance of Fear Free within the practice, with your clients, and to your community, using social and traditional media.
