Join us every Monday night for a Gong Bath Meditation followed by Yoga Nidra!
Receive and enjoy the relaxing tones and vibrations of the Gong to relax your body and mind. Be immersed in an ocean of sound allowing the vibrations to wash away the stress of the day as you relax and rejuvenate in an experience uniquely yours.
Then take your relaxed body and open mind even further on a guided relaxation journey that is Yoga Nidra. Sleepless, sleep which helps calm the physical body, nervous system, and subconscious mind. Studies show that one hour of Yoga Nidra practice has the regenerative effects of four hours of restful sleep.
Class open to all levels. Beginners welcome. Floor poses included.
