We are pleased to host Kathleen Hicks, on Thursday, September 21st from 5:30-7pm in the LBJ School Lobby, for a talk on "Shifting Global Trends and the Collapse of the American Foreign Policy Consensus." Dr. Hicks is senior vice president, Henry A. Kissinger Chair, and director of the International Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in D.C. She will join us as part of the Women and National Security speaker series. This event, which is co-sponsored by the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law, is free and open to the public.
