Pole Fitness Level 3 & 4
XPERT Pole Fitness Level 3 & 4 is our next step in Pole Fitness. This course is designed and developed to expand on the foundations of pole fitness covered in Level 1&2. Ideal for instructors who want to expand their knowledge and take their instruction to new heights by introducing new inversions and intermediate maneuvers.

*Note: The successful completion of Level 1 &2 is a required pre-requisite for registration for Level 3 & 4.

This exciting and interactive training emphasizes correct form, appropriate spotting, smooth transitions with clear and concise instruction. Level 3&4 encompasses the technical aspects of pole fitness through the introduction of more advanced techniques that require precise skill and training.

All moves include, muscles worked, regression, progression, variations, common mistakes and spot if needed.
The XPERT Teacher Trainings have both practical and written exams, you must pass both modules to complete the course.
